Fancy some fig? It’s one of our favourite ingredients which is why it gets a starring role in these scrumptious biscuits for your boobs.

Jo, our naturopath and nutritionist has paired fibre-packed figs with antioxidant-rich almonds – a marriage made in biscuit heaven. This nutty figgy deliciousness is joined by an array of superfoods including oats, chia seeds, coconut oil and buckwheat flour. The result? A nutrient-packed biscuit that will energise your tired body and support a healthy milk supply for your boob-obsessed bub.

Franjo's Kitchen fig and almond Tanker Toppers tick all three #mumlife boxes – they’re convenient, they’re super yum and they can be eaten with one hand! They’re also free from dairy and eggs (hi vegan mums) and don’t contain any refined sugar, additives or preservatives (hi health conscious foodies).*

A Franjo’s fan called these biscuits, “the best I’ve ever had in my life” while another said she was, “amazed to be doubling my pumping amount.” These are just some of the incredible reviews that flood in every week.

Believe the hype. These biscuits for your boobs are the bomb.

Prepare for breastfeeding success with these nutrient-rich Tanker Toppers lactation cookies, designed to support mamas during the final stages of pregnancy and through their breastfeeding journey.

When can I start eating Franjos Kitchen lactation cookies and muesli?

  • 34-36 weeks pregnant: Start with 1-2 of our nourishing lactation cookies per day, especially beneficial for those planning to express colostrum antenatally.
  • 36-39 weeks pregnant: Increase your intake to 2-3 lactation cookies daily to further support your milk supply and load you up with goodness.
  • From 39 weeks to birth: Enjoy 2 cookies in one sitting, twice per day (and take it as a moment of self-care in your day!)
  • First week postpartum: For the first 3 or so days, your body will be producing liquid gold - colostrum. Colostrum is full of antibodies, vitamins and minerals and is incredibly important. Generally, your milk will ‘come in’ around day 3-5. To nourish your body with galactogens (ingredients that have promoted and supported milk supply for decades), eat 2 cookies every 3-4 hours. They are the perfect one-handed snack for breastfeeding!
  • First month postpartum: As you work on establishing breastfeeding, it's important to feed every 3-4 hours (or every 15 minutes if they are like our babies!). Incorporate our lactation cookies into your routine to support your milk supply naturally.
  • Ongoing postpartum needs: Tailor your intake based on your body's signals. For a boost before what you anticipate as a "lower" supply feeding, enjoy 2-3 biscuits 3 hours in advance. Many mums find this especially helpful for enhancing the afternoon feeding session.

How many should I eat:

2 biscuits = 1 serve

For an energy and milk boost, try our range of lactation cookies, including Choc Chip, Fig & Almond, and Gluten-Free options like Currant & Coconut, and Choc Chip. Perfect for mid-morning or afternoon snacks, and essential during night feeds in the early weeks postpartum. Keep a tin by your breastfeeding chair for a nutritious nibble as you nurse.

How long do your products last?

Our cookies and muesli are all-natural and preservative-free. For the best taste and freshness, seal them tightly and enjoy within 4-6 weeks of opening. Our hydration powders stay fresh longer when sealed and stored in a cool, dry place.

Does your vanilla extract contain alcohol?

No, these lactation cookies and muesli that have the deliciousness of vanilla do not contain alcohol.
